Welcome to the Bramalea Community Health Centre Website
We're one of the latest additions to Ontario's vibrant network of Community Health Centres now growing across the province...
Our Goal in Bramalea: To build healthy individuals and families, as well as a healthier community.
To achieve this goal, we'll be working very closely with those we serve. Working in partnership with community members, and coordinating efforts with community based agencies, means we can maximize opportunities for improved health.
Many thanks to Bramalea's community leaders for all their passion, energy and ideas in creating our new centre. Services and programs are responding to what we've identified as Bramalea's most urgent health needs.
As we continue developing plans to improve health in Bramalea, we hope community members will continue providing guidance. For more information on becoming a member click here.
We would also like to thank Ontario's provincial government and the Central West LHIN who are funding our efforts. The Bramalea Community Health Centre is proud to be a part of our province's publicly funded health care system.
