Who do we serve?

We serve residents of Bramalea with postal codes starting with L6R, L6S, and L6T and who identify with one or more of our priority populations:

Youth
Isolated Seniors
Newcomers
People who are homeless, under housed, or at risk of homelessness
People dealing with mental health and/or substance use issues
Families who are under-resourced
Members of racialized communities.
