Our Vision, Mission & Values

 Vision

We envision a safe and healthy community where everyone belongs and diversity is celebrated. Residents and agencies work together as partners to advance individual and community capacity to address the determinants of health.  Optimal health is achieved through equitable access to support and services.

 Mission

Bramalea and Malton Community Health Centres are committed to working in partnership with our communities, providing primary health care with a focus on illness prevention, health promotion and community development.    We will especially advocate for changes to policies and systems to improve access to programs, resources and opportunities for those who face social and economic barriers to optimal health and well being.
