Who Do We Serve?

We serve residents of Bramalea with postal codes starting with L6R, L6S, and L6T and who are a member of one or more priority populations. Our priority populations for service were determined by our community consultation process. These priority populations are:

Youth
Isolated Seniors
Newcomers
People who are homeless, under housed, or at risk of homelessness
People dealing with mental health and/or substance use issues
Families under-resourced
Members of racialized communities
